Rule Packs
Your state's rules, written in as code.
Your state's pawn rules live in a rule pack, not in a setting someone forgot to change.
How it works at the counter.
Rule packs are built per state. Tell us yours.
The pack holds the rules
Caps, fees, hold periods, ticket language.
The engine applies them
To the work at the counter, on every ticket.
Every ticket is held to the same rules
Whoever is working that day.
